CACI is engaged in the uplifment of the quality of life of communities inside and outside its factory. Through the Community Development Office and with direction and assitance from the Roxas Gargollo Foundation, Inc., the company has undertaken numerous community development programs through micro-lending, livelihood and capability-building projects and supported varioud education and youth development programs and other social projects benefiting its host communities.

The Rocas Gargollo Foundation as the social development arm of the Roxas group of communities provide resources and opportunities to foster and promote the development of communities in its areas of operations. Roxas Gargollo Foundation, Inc. is a member of the Association of Foundation (AF) and the League of Corporate Foundation (LCF).

Resource Development

Design to assist subsidiary organization in forging partnership from local and international grant-giving organizations. It will also assist in fund raising activities.

Small Grant Making

Granting of funds to finance projets and activities that will respond to the issues and needs of the community, such as educational assistance, health & sanitation, community building, socio-cultural, and environmental projects.

Capability Building

Enhancement of organization capabilities through provisions of appropriate technology and relevant programs that may improve the organizational climate.

Loan Assistance

Provision of loans and capitals to subsidiary organizations for micro finance and micro enterprises, home & cottage industries and agricultural related projects.
